Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This may take longer during major holidays or special releases.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3-4 business days
International: 2-16 business days
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Otaku Action ships with USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once shipped, you will receive your order in 1-3 business days.
Every order has shipping insurance.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Otaku Action is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Otaku Action is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Otaku Action currently offers free worldwide shipping! Please note that your order delivery varies depending on your location. All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes,and fees upon delivery.
