So far I've only ordered sweatshirts from Otaku Action. They are soft and fit nicely and they weren’t tight or loose. The image of the design is accurate. The order took longer than expected because of the delays caused by covid-19, but they send you emails about other options like whether you want a refund or to continue to wait, and updates on the order. They also have fast response time if you email them with any questions or concerns. Every message was direct and to the point, wasn’t a copy and paste long message that you might have experienced with a different company. Definitely legit and 10/10 recommend.
